All purchases made through the Site or at LinkGVL events are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. LinkGVL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized transactions.

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

PERMANENT JEWELRY SERVICES

By purchasing or receiving permanent jewelry services from LinkGVL, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and welded and is intended for long-term wear.
• Jewelry may break, stretch, or become damaged due to normal wear, impact, or external forces.
• LinkGVL does not guarantee the lifetime durability of any jewelry piece.
• Removal may require cutting the chain.

Because each piece is custom-fitted, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkGVL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of permanent jewelry services or event participation.

Total liability for any claim relating to jewelry or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Assumption of Risk

For private parties, pop-ups, or hosted events:

• Deposits may be required to secure event dates.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Event hosts are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for service.
• LinkGVL reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at an event for safety reasons.

Event bookings

Individuals under the age of 18 must have written parental or legal guardian consent to receive permanent jewelry services.

Minors

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR SERVICES

You understand that permanent jewelry involves the use of small welding tools and close skin contact. By receiving services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

• Skin irritation
• Allergic reactions
• Minor burns
• Discomfort
• Breakage or loss of jewelry

You agree that LinkGVL is not liable for any adverse reactions unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

If you have known metal allergies or skin sensitivities, you are responsible for informing LinkGVL prior to service.
